Develop and implement a sales strategy specific to the needs and potential of your market.
Use your insight and expertise to recognize market opportunities, and help the organization improve products or product positioning.
Use your expertise and knowledge to accurately predict sales and growth for your territory.
Work with the marketing team to create and improve tools and ideas to enhance sales success.
Work directly with retailers and distributors to educate everyone on products and positioning, and be the resource to enable their success. A successful candidate for this Account Manager will possess the following:
5+ years of field based value-added agriculture sales and marketing experience.
Experience selling in large geographies, a broad portfolio to or within the distribution channel.
Retail sales experience in ag fertility, fungicidal or biological sales and retail facility management experience.
Compensation: This role provides a competitive salary and incentive plan.

Desired Location: The territory covers the state of MN and the Red River Valley region of ND, so the Account Manager can live anywhere in the state, provided they are willing to travel to effectively cover the region.
