An expanding seed company is adding to their sales team in Northeastern Wisconsin. This is a great territory with a solid base of existing business in Door, Kewaunee, and Brown counties where these genetics excel. They are looking for someone who knows how to build relationships with their clients and knows how to work with growers to position a seed lineup and grow. This is an organization that is continuing to grow and is adding sellers to meet their demand. Whats in it for you:
Ability to work with top growers and dairy operations in the region, and help them identify ways your products and services can grow their profitability.
Become an expert adviser and partner to growers in the region.
Develop proficiency in communicating value and return that your seed products can offer dairy producers with a leading forage lineup.
Grow your effectiveness in qualifying leads, developing relationships, and prioritizing your sales pipeline. What you will be doing:
Work directly with growers each day, with a focus on helping them succeed.
Work with your highly successful team to develop the best programs and marketing strategies for the region.
An excellent opportunity to build business with additional customers in addition to growing with existing customers.
Leverage your passion for selling seed, and willingness to learn and share new things each day.
Use your self motivation and strong leadership abilities, to be part of this highly successful team.
Use your management skills to plan your day, and execute on your strategies to your goals. A successful candidate for this District Seed Sales position will possess the following
Seed sales experience from other seed companies or out of ag retail.
Retail Agronomists that are ready to focus on seed and take the next step in their career.
Compensation: The company will offer a competitive base salary, uncapped bonus, company vehicle, and other resources for success.

Location: The District Sales Manager will help grow business throughout the Northeast Wisconsin in Door, Kewaunee, and Brown counties.
