Human Resources / Food Safety Manager
A large well-known grower/packer/shipper is looking for an HR (Human Resources)/Food Safety Manager that would also be working with worker safety and food safety to oversee all the employee oversite of the operation. Key Responsibilities of the HR / Food Safety Manager
Track and record daily attendance of all employees
Submit Payroll (currently outsourced)
Hiring and orientation of new employees
Liaison between company and Labor and Industries
Worker Safety
Food Safety compliance
Insurance and Benefits
OSHA Compliance Key Requirements for the Human Resources / Food Safety Manager
Experience in basic HR functions
Experience training Employees and implementing worker safety policies
Working with seasonal labor employees
Bi-Lingual would be a bonus
Experience with insurance and benefits
Experience with OSHA
Experience in Farming operations will be essential
