Production Manager ~ gpac ~ , Missouri, USA

I am currently are working with a family-owned company that is currently looking for a production manager in Missouri. They are a very successful operation and are looking for someone who can work side by side with the overall plant manager and oversee the operations of the facility on a day to day basis. They grow and process soybean and wheat for 6-8 companies as well as their own line and they have their own licenses as well. This is a great opportunity and they are looking to move on this as soon as possible. They will offer a very competitive base pay (70-100k+ depending on experience) and benefits as well. They have low turnover and this is a great working environment.
They do about 500-600k units of soybeans a year
120-150k units of wheat
Need someone who has been in the seed processing and seed production world: working in a facility, cleaning, bagging, conditioning, maybe some experience in electrical and fabrication.
Good location in a nice sized town just outside of Kansas City
