Requirements:
Open to Filipino fluent in speaking, reading and writing both Korean and English language
Open for Korean National fluent in English language with permanent visa
Bachelor’s degree graduate of any field or at least High School graduate
CSR experience is a plus but not required
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
Responsible in providing assistance to the clients via chat and email
Provide effective solution to client queries regarding video games
Responsible for creating and monitoring video game forums.
Knowledgeable about video games in order to provide quality customer service to the clients
