•Serve as the main point of contact for System queries in Arabic language
•Provide detailed information needed by the client
•Investigate and troubleshoot reported system issue
•Provide step by step instructions
•Manage and update client profile
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Requirements:
•Preferably Non- Native Arabic Speakers
•Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Arabic
•Good English communication skills
•Open for graduates and undergraduates
•Knowledgeable in using computer
•Background in CS/TSR/ IT and related field is a plus
