Job Summary:
Handles the general procurement function to deliver internal customer requirements for products and services based on given specifications, quality, cost and timeline. Creates procurement plans and facilitates supplier management from sourcing, qualifying, accreditation, and contract negotiation and evaluation.
Qualifications:
• University degree relevant field such as Accounting, Management and other analogous courses.
• Knowledge in procurement operation and purchasing policies, practices, and terminology used in purchasing supplies and materials
• Cost accounting skills as basis for decision and recommendation
• Negotiation skills
• At least three (3) years experience of management in Purchasing
