Job Description
Candidate must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must have experience in the design/conceptualization of a training program, curriculum or a module.
• Preferred experience would be in the QSR business, but open to other industries as well.
• Must be willing to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City
Description
This position is responsible for delivering the training needs of employees through training needs analysis, training design and implementation, curriculum development, actual conduct of training and training administration, and training evaluation
