Position: Korean IT Helpdesk
Industry: IT BPO Company
Location: Quezon City
Salary: P 90,000- P 100,000
Schedule: Shifting with 2 days off

Requirements:
• Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Korean
• Korean national with permanent visa
• Bachelor’s Degree graduate or at least 2 years in college
• Background in Customer Service/Technical Support is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in computer applications



Responsibilities
• Answer and resolve customer inquiries via chat, email and/or phone
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding concerns and issues
• Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
• Build sustainable relationships with customers
