De Lacy Executive has been retained to recruit a Bovine Breeding Sales Consultant for our well known client. This company is a pioneer within the industry and has a sterling reputation among dairy and beef farmers across the UK. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a self- motivated individual to join their Cumbria territory. This exciting opportunity will involve building relationships with current and new customers to maximise sales within Cumbria. The job will therefore require the successful applicant to visit farms on a regular basis to assess farmer needs, assist and advise how best to utilise the company products to reach on farm targets and provide guidance on problems that may arise on the farms. Candidates with sales experience in other areas of the industry are encouraged to apply as training will be provided. Requirements:
- Previous sales experience
- Knowledge of cattle and an understanding of practical livestock management
- Capability to work autonomously with clear attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Flexibility to travel the county
- I.T literate
- Clean UK driving licence
