- Mechanically Inclined- Must have excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills- Must have Organizational Skills- Must have the ability to stand for long periods at a time JOB DESCRIPTION: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an Established Ag Business searching for Grain Cleaning Plant Team Leader for their Nebraska location. This individual must have experience managing a team of employees in an agricultural work setting. This position will be overseeing the quality of the end/cleaned product, packaging, and loading procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee plant operations
- Supervise and direct employees for efficient operations and build a cohesive high-performing team.
- Interact and develop relationships with growers
- Work closely with customers in the scheduling of outbound shipments by rail and truck.
