Description:
Education level: college graduate of Human Resource management or any business course
Communication skills: proficient in verbal and written English
Soft skills:
 – solid human resources background, speaking, problem-solving, leadership, organizational skills; 
 – with strong analytical, communication, and inter-personal skills;
 – critical-thinking and reasoning abilities; 
 – ability to meet deadlines and multitask;
 – administrative and communication skills
 – mentally alert, attentive to details, has good/sound judgment
Technical skills: computer literate;
Experience: with at least 2 years experience in Human Resources operations, preferably handling recruitment process.
Personality must be of good moral character
