Education level: College graduate of any course
Communication skills: proficient in verbal and written English
Soft Skills:
– solid customer service and organizational skills;
– critical-thinking and reasoning abilities; ability to meet deadlines and multitask;
– mentally alert, attentive to details, ability to work under pressure
Technical Skills: computer literate
Experience: with at least 2 years of experience as Commis on a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
Duties: – Set up daily mise en place for cooking – Measure, mix, and cut ingredients according to standard recipe and specifications – Check the temperature of dishes, fry and cook basic food items – Ensure proper storage of groceries, meats, seafood and vegetables – Clean and maintain the work area, equipment and fridge – Portion off, trim and garnish food items in serving plate
