The Offerle Cooperative Grain and Supply Company, located about 30 miles north east of Dodge City, KS, is searching for a CEO/General Manager. Candidates considered for this position must be honest and trustworthy with a passion for building a team through solid leadership and relationship building. The CEO/General Manager will provide leadership and operational management to the entire organization with an emphasis on grain marketing and storage and agronomy services. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience working for a cooperative as a GM, location and/or department manager. Successful candidates must have experience in grain management and marketing and at least five years of direct people and department level management experience. Additional Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 5 years’ experience working as a Location Manager, Department Manager and/or General Manager.
• Must have demonstrated the highest levels of honesty, integrity and trustworthiness.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• A strong commitment to the Cooperative business principals.
• Possess a valid drivers’ license.
• Reside in the Cooperative’s trade territory.
