Career 1 Source is looking for an experienced agricultural credit person to join a very family focused agricultural organization in Minnesota. This position includes working with customers to find the best credit products for their operations. Build relationships with sales team and customers to proactively find credit solutions for customers
Train and educate sales staff on the available credit options in the market today
Manage recoveries and handle those situations in a respectful and professional manner
File necessary legal documentation A successful candidate for this Ag Credit Relationship Manager will possess the following:
Knowledge of today"s agricultural producer needs
Agricultural lending experience
Strong team work, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Clean MVR
Compensation: Up to $100k base
