Technical Support Representative
Our client, a global leader in the livestock equipment industry bringing quality, and innovative solutions to the marketplace, is looking for a Technical Support Representative. What will you achieve in this Technical Support Representative role?
You will manage projects from start to finish
You will work with dealers and end users on projects and the application of equipment
You will be responsible for training, installation, and warranty management
You will support dealers in the installation, usage, and service of our equipment
You will support the sales team by developing farm designs that ensure a successful application that will give producers the solutions that the company"s products have to offer
You will work with key industry partners to grow and promote the brand If you have the following background you will do well in this Technical Support Representative role.
3+ years of service and support experience in the livestock production/equipment area
Strong technical aptitude including electrical and mechanical systems
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Project management experience
Willing to travel up to 60%
Preference to someone with a strong swine/poultry production background
