- Flexible hours and cross trained are all a plus JOB DESCRIPTION:Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a well-qualified Feedlot Foreman/Supervisors for this progressive northeast Nebraska feedlot. This is a15,000+ head feedlot that is continuing to grow and expand each year. Positions include all levels of experience and all areas are needed but are not limited to the following:
- Oversight of daily operations of the feedlot including feeding, processing, and care of cattle.
- Working closely and communicating with customer to ensure cattle well being, nutrition, and environmental needs are being met.
- Monitoring the health of the cattle and addressing issues in a timely manner.
- Cattle processing facilities are new state of the art hydraulic tub, gates, and designed for safety.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance, both on the equipment and the yard, is completed in a timely manner.
- Building a loyal relationship with the customers and suppliers of the feed yard.
- Willing to work with area of interest, hours you want to work and work around your family life.
