Description:

Hammerulo Data Corporation is looking for an experienced UI/UX Developer. This position is responsible for improving website experience for visitors to a particular site each day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

▪ Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
▪ Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
▪ Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
▪ Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
▪ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
▪ Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
▪ Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
▪ Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
▪ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
▪ Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
▪ Tailoring user experience.
▪ Bringing a designer’s concept to life with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
▪ Production, modification, and maintenance of websites and web application user interfaces.
▪ Creating tools that enhance how users see and interact with your site in any browser.
▪ Implementing responsive design for mobile sites.
▪ Maintaining software workflow management with a project management tool like GitHub and task runners like Grunt and Gulp.
▪ Testing the site during development for usability and fixing any bugs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop).
• Prototyping, attention to detail.
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Works well in teams and consistently meets deadlines
