The Sr. L&D Partnerwill explore what the employees need to learn to be even better. Created training programs and learning approaches should align with the business needs and be highly effective and in sync with the organization’s culture. As Sr. L&D Partner, the designed learning solutions should be engaging, fun, and build capabilities needed to further enable the talents and resources.
Essential Functions:
Team up with stakeholders to identify learning and training needs and the best delivery approach
Design innovative learning solutions for different business units as per need basis
Manage programs to create cost effective learning solutions on time
Measure and evaluate program and project effectiveness
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and results accomplished
Skills Needed:
Training / L&D Experience
Stakeholder Management
Tech Savy – Experience with Learning Management System (LMS)
