Inside Ag/Commercial Sales ~ gpac ~ Westminster, Maryland, USA

Gpac is partnered with an agriculture implement dealership that services Maryland and the surrounding states in the search for an Inside Ag Equipment Sales Rep. As the Inside Sales Rep you will be servicing walk-in customers wanting to purchase both commercial and agricultural equipment.
Small amount of local travel visiting farmers & business regarding their equipment needs.
The position is located in North Central Maryland.
What You Need:
* A Passion for agriculture and/or commercial construction equipment
* Associate"s or Bachelor"s degree in agriculture or related education and/or experience
* Sales experience in with products in agriculture or construction equipment, sales experience is not required
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Responsibilities:
* Service walk-in customers wanting to purchase commercial or agriculture equipment
* Effectively sell equipment: skid steers, mini excavators, compact tractors, small agriculture equipment, ability to sell large ag equipment
* Handle pricing, quoting, value trade-ins
Compensation/Benefits:
* $35,000-$45,000 base salary DOE
* Possible first years commission- $10,000 - $15,000
* Health Insurance
* Profit Sharing
