De Lacy Executive has been retained to recruit a Poultry Planning Co-Ordinator to be based in the North West of England. Our well respected and award-winning client is highly reputable in the poultry sector who supply numerous markets, UK and abroad. This is a diverse role which involves liaising closely with farmers, vets, clients and colleagues, maintaining effective relationships and planning of birds for processing. An interest in environmental and welfare standards, quality control, performance monitoring and health and safety are key elements within this role. The position will be a combination of office and on-farm based therefore residing within this territory will be essential. Requirements:
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills across all levels, dealing with farmers and other third parties.
- Attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated, flexible and a good team player.
- Competent IT skills.
- Willingness to learn and progress.
- Good written skills.
- Valid UK driving licence.
