Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies to ensure compliance with GAAP principles, provide training to staff, handle personnel issues, provide financial results and special reports to Senior Management. Requires BS in Accounting or Finance, along with 3 years experience leading accounting team. Requires in-depth understanding of GAAP. Requires excellent skills in people management, along with solid computer skills.
