Regional Sales Manager
Ag 1 Source is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Northwest Missouri to manage a team of 14 salespeople across a highly productive and successful area. You will be leading a top-notch sales team of around 14 to achieve extraordinary results across NW Missouri.
You will develop, direct, and implement sales marketing policies, procedures and guidelines to insure maximum sales volume.
You will recruit, train, and develop new sales talent as needed in the territory.
You will research and develop strategies and plans which identify sales and marketing opportunities and execute to those strategies.
You will work with your sales team to continuously develop new growth. A successful candidate for this Regional Sales Manager will possess the following:
5 plus years proven success in being a district manager or regional manager specifically in agriculture.
Proven success of leading a sales team.
Willingness to have some overnight travel within the territory.
Extensive understanding of production agriculture specializing in agronomy.
Compensation: For a qualified candidate the salary range will be from $85-95K plus the opportunity for a strong bonus program.

Desired Location: The Regional Sales Manager will have to live within the territory, no exceptions.
