Company has been selling its innovative products in the U.S.A. for over 25 years.
Tremendous growth potential in the North American market for their products.
Company is committed to production and sales in U.S.A facility. Due to extensive growth, they now need the right sales leader to guide their sales team. Why is this a great opportunity you cant afford to miss?
You will become a member of the management team, with key decision-making responsibilities. This includes P/L responsibility, market share, and dealer development.
You will have the opportunity to develop and direct the NA Sales Team.
You will oversee development of policies, procedures and objectives for selling company products and services.
You will lead the development and implementation of the annual budget for all whole goods, as well as achieving sales, margin and expense management targets.
You will assist with sales and CRM management training for your sales team as well as dealer sales personnel.
You will collaborate with all departments including product management, dealer development, marketing, operations, and customer solutions.
Compensation: A base salary in the $110 to $130 range plus variable incentive up to 30% of base will be provided.
Benefits: Full benefits plus a retirement package, paid expenses and company cell phone and laptop will be supplied.
Desired Location: Preference will be given to MW location, but flexible for the right Sales Manager.
