Technical Support Representative
Our client, a global leader in dairy farm management technology, bringing quality, and innovative solutions to the marketplace, is looking for a Technical Support Representative. In this role you will provide ongoing support to the sales team, dealers, and producers, ensuring that our customers fully understand how to best utilize and manage our products to their fullest potential. What will you achieve in this Technical Support Representative role?
You will promote sales of company solutions to dealers and dairy producers.
You will work with dealers and end users on projects and the application of technology.
You will be responsible for training, installation, and warranty management.
You will support dealers in the installation, usage, and service of our equipment.
You will provide remote training for dealers and producers through webinars and online meetings.
You will work with key industry partners to grow and promote the brand. If you have the following background you will do well in this Technical Support Representative role.
5+ years of service and support experience in the dairy milking equipment area
Strong technical aptitude including electrical, computer, and mechanical systems
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Training, support, and project management experience
Willing to travel up to 60% (Travel will be Western U.S.A. and Midwest)
Preference to someone with a strong dairy production background
Compensation: Base salary will be between $60,000 and $75,000 DOE plus bonus up to 20% DOE.
Benefits: Heath insurance is 100% paid for the employee and 50% of family premium. The position also provides 401k with company match, 3 weeks of vacation, company credit card, car allowance and all other resources needed for success.
Desired Location: The Technical Support Representative will be located in the Midwest or Western U.S.A.
