We are currently looking for an individual that is a self-starter, possesses a great work ethic, and is very well organized to join an established Agronomy team! As a Sales Agronomist, you will be given the opportunity to service and grow a book of business and earn commission to compensate your efforts. • Bachelor of Science Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science or another related field
• Solid farm background or experience with agronomic skills
• Strong knowledge of corn, soybean and wheat crops; agricultural chemicals and fertilizer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and proven organizational skills
• Computer knowledge
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with growers
• The desire to learn and help others
• Ability to operate with little supervision
• Willingness to work extended hours (60+) to meet business demands
• Outstanding work ethic
• Valid U.S. driver s license with good driving record
