Responsibilities:
• Assist Sales teams building simple upsell quotes in Salesforce (CPQ)
• Process requests from Sales teams for account/opportunity updated in Salesforce
• Review and verify incoming deals for accuracy, including confirming contract terms, contact and billing information, pricing, custom terms, etc.
• Work with Billing team to complete vendor forms up on customer’s request
• Fulfill ad-hoc reporting on request

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience working on sales operations
• Minimum of 2 years experience in using Salesforce.com
• SteelBrick (CPQ) Experience is a super plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
