JOB DETAILS:
COMPANY PROFILE: A BPO Company that provides support to customer service, back office, IT support and with particular focus in Online gaming industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for the customer service, operations and employee management functions of the Customer Support team.
• Develop new and unique ways to improve operations and create new opportunities
•Responsible for the reporting metrics and performance evaluation of programs, staff and benchmark goals.
•Establishes and coordinates training and development for the Thai language Customer Support team assistant, managers, shift leaders and supervisors and customer care representatives.
•Perform any task assign by Superior
REQUIREMENTS:
•Thai National
•Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2-3 years relevant working experience in managing Contact Centre Operations.
•Excellent Communication skills both English and Thai
•Must be independent, self-motivated, show initiative and a strong sense of ownership/responsibility.
•Willing to work in the Philippines/Makati City
•Willing to work in an Online Gaming company
•Can start ASAP
