RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Providing excellent customer service experience and building rapport to customers
•Maintain proper records of all the transactions/complaints that have taken place
•Answer customer inquiries completely and accurately through phone,chat and email
•Resolves reported issues accurately
•Provides timely solutions to customer queries
•Perform other related tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
•Open for both Local and Foreign National
•Proficient in Thai and English
•Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
•Open for Fresh Graduates
•Can start ASAP
•Willing to work in Online Gaming field and Pasig City
