We are a well-established company looking to fill a position for an individual who can perform some Administrative Assistant / General Office duties. This position reports directly to company management including the company President. There are a specific set of skills / attributes required for candidates for this position.



Skills Required:
-High level of organization
-Attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task / work on multiple privet should in varied arias
-Ability to prioritize tasks assigned, and to provide frequent status updates / feedbacks to management about the task
-Highly computer literacy, typing skills, accuracy
-Highly punctual / reliable
-Ability to perform both basic office administrative functions as well as higher level executive tasks
-Communication skills in BOTH English and Spanish
-Able to compose letters documents forms etc as needed
