Virtual Assistant – HR Supervision



Who we are?



Music is something every child and adult longs for. Our goal is to encourage this love of music and enhance it in a happy and patient but structured environment. Music for Life is a music education business providing lessons to children 6 weeks-6+ years old on playing music. Our mission is to bring music to kids everywhere, and with our growing client base, we are in need of a caring and competent individual who wants to make a difference in the world by making our dream of bringing music to kids everywhere a reality!



Qualifications



Must have a working laptop/PC, stable internet connection and a good back up computer and internet.
Can work from 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday (40 hrs/week)
Must have an excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Knowledgeable in Google applications such as Drive, Document and Spreadsheet is an advantage
Must have effective monitoring and training skills.



We need someone who can make sure that our organization is running well as it is possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our clients. It is important for us to have someone who can monitor the performance and growth of each one of us.
Applicant must be team oriented and must be willing to expand his/her horizon in able to be more efficient.
This is a home-based job. We offer long-term employment and an opportunity for growth for qualified candidates. Starting rate is $80/week with an increase of 10% upon successfully completing the training and a steady 10% increase on a consistent basis as you continue growing with us.
