Sales Agronomist
Ag 1 Source is looking for a Sales Agronomist in South Central Indiana for a growing Ag Retailer.
This is a great opportunity for an individual to come into an established Agronomy Sales position and help grow the business with existing customers as well as bring on new customers. A successful candidate will need to possess a strong agronomy background as well as have the motivation and willingness to grow the territory and grow with the company. This qualified candidate will need the ability to be a self-starter that does not have to be micro-managed and takes the initiative to get things done. An agronomy background in dealing with seed, crop protection, custom application and fertilizer products is a must, along with solid sales experience. Whats in it for you:

Plan and develop customer crop plans, including fertility, crop protection, and seed portfolios.
Integrate and position proprietary products into customer business plans.
Expand customers" trust to be the agronomic business partner of choice.
Strengthen customer business plans, profitably and sustainability.
Make safety a daily priority. A successful candidate for this Sales Agronomist position will possess the following:
Strong relationships with growers in the area
Bachelor"s degree
Motivation to complete the job. This is not a 9-5 job.
Background of crop production
Valid Drivers License
Compensation: Compensation for this position is between $60,000 - $75,000.
Benefits: This position offers health, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid time off, flexible schedule, and tuition reimbursement.
Desired Location: The sales agronomist position is located south of Indianapolis.
