Traveling Construction Superintendent ~ gpac ~ Peoria, Illinois, USA

I am currently working with an agricultural turnkey construction company that due to tremendous growth over the years is looking to add a Traveling Construction Superintendent that specializes in livestock housing facilities. They pride themselves in being able to provide customers the best experience in building or remodels, from design, construction and equipment installations, with the ability to deliver projects sooner than the competitors. Responsible for:
* Working direct with Clients, Subcontractors, the Project Manager and building team
* Coordinate with vendors and supplies to ensure projects stay on or ahead of schedule
* Oversee all work done on site to guarantee quality
* Manage progress from ground up, providing guidance and status updates along the way
* Lead and direct between 50 - 100 people on site
The Ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years of experience in commercial construction focused in Agricultural projects
* Ground-up project experience
* Experience working in the following sectors: Livestock, swine and poultry Facilities, Grain Bins, Feed Mills, Agricultural locations.
* Self-Motivated, Organized, Accountable and Responsive
* College Degree Preferred but not required.
