Agricultural and Industrial oriented company seeks individual to learn and grow with company. Will spend first year operating scale, loading and dispatching trucks, and doing some ag sales. Goal is to advance individual into full time sales role in 1-3 years calling on farmers and ag retailers. In time will lead the ag sales team and take on even more responsibilities. Requires clean driving record. Excellent benefit package. 16-17/hour to start, after training will transition to salaried position.
