Description:
Education level: college graduate
Communication skills: proficient in verbal and written English
Soft skills:
– excellent customer service, leadership and management skills;
– critical-thinking and reasoning abilities;
– ability to meet deadlines and multitask;
– need to have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
– administrative and communication skills, such as those associated with giving orders and providing direction to the restaurant staff;
– must be adept at creating a friendly and welcoming environment for both patrons and staff
Technical skills: computer literate
Experience: must have at least 3 years experience in handling restaurant operations in a hotel or resort
Personality: must be of good moral character
Duties:
– oversee the daily operations of restaurants, including the preparation and serving of meals and beverages;
– in charge of ordering food and beverage stocks, budgeting and handling other administrative duties;
– must lead a staff of waiters, cooks, receptionists and bartenders;
– should also be physically fit and have the stamina necessary to stand and move around for long periods of time
