Description:
– Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or its equivalent
– At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in concocting mocktails and cocktails in a bar or restaurant
Communication Skill:
1. proficient in verbal and written English
Soft Skills:
1. excellent customer service skills
2. ability to meet deadlines and multitask
3. must be adept at creating a friendly and welcoming environment for both patrons and staff
Technical Skill:
1. very knowledgeable in mixology
Job Responsibilities:
– To assist the operational running of the bar and ensures that staff are fulfilling their duties to the best of their ability and to maintain high standards of hygiene/health and safety
– Constantly monitor the bar’s inventory and replenish it as needed
– Scheduling work shifts of all bar employees
