Education level: college graduate
Communication skills: proficient in verbal and written English
Soft skills:
– excellent customer service skills;
– ability to meet deadlines and multitask;
– must be adept at creating a friendly and welcoming environment for both patrons and staff
Technical skills: very knowledgeable in handling coffee machines
Experience: must have at least 1 year experience in concocting coffee blends and mixes in a coffee shop
Duties:
• Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
• discuss beverage items, make suggestions and answer any inquiries
• describe current promotions and new products
• take customer orders accurately
• operate coffee making equipment
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work station
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
• Contribute to a positive team environment
