Seeking candidates with the ability to manage a 4-year-old automated mill on a family farm for their swine finishing enterprise. Will consider experience from poultry, swine, cattle, or independent commercial feed mills with solid references. Looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Person needs strong communication skills to fill feed orders, work as a team, perform regular maintenance, and keep up with demand as rations are ordered to make a consistent high-end feed as called for by the farm's swine finish barn managers. Currently are keeping up and working a 5-day work week. Opportunity to work extra during peak seasons on the farm to earn additional money.
