Seeking individual to provide leadership and guidance on 2,000 cow dairy in western NE . Will oversee 25 employees. Seeks individual with excellent people management skills. Seeking individual with ability to advance to manager role in 6 months to 1 year. Will work with the dairy and also with the crop operation, as they raise silage to feed cows.
