I am working with a solid company that has been making a major impact on the Swine industry in Midwest for the last 50+ years. They are progressively grown of the years and are ready to hire a Masters or Ph.D. Swine Nutritionist.
In this role as a Swine Nutritionist you will be involved in all phases of on farm consultative management, ration formulation, meeting the customer"s needs with your technical expertise. Their primary customer base consists of the colonies and private farms in South Dakota. You will be expected to maintain and grow relationships through providing professional nutrition service on the farm, implement nutritional training for the sale team, and work closely with the feed production team to ensure the highest level of quality. Attending, customer meetings, trade shows and technical conferences while promoting company products will be a part of this role.
The right candidate will hold a Master"s or Ph.D. in Swine or Monogastric or Animal Nutrition and be willing to go above and beyond customers with their needs.
This company is committed to helping producers be successful by providing on farm consulting and developing customized nutritional programs. You will be a well-respected member of this technical team and will be heavily involved in helping this company obtain their strategic goals.
Requirements:
* Masters or Ph.D. in Animal Science, Monogastric Nutrition or Swine Nutrition
* Strong industry experience working directly with swine producers on nutrition management
* True passion and desire to make an impact on the swine industry
* Experience with ration formulation
