A local insurance agency is seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Insurance Producer for their team. There is opportunity for growth and advancement along with a robust benefit package.
Job Duties:
- Prospect for new clients. Maintain existing client relationships
- Oversee implementation and renewal of clients
- Track and monitor key metrics and able to forecast and identify trends
- Assist as needed with challenging requests from clients or carriers
- Must have strong knowledge of various plan designs: Fully Insured, Level Funded, Self-Funded, Ancillary and Worksite (Voluntary) Products
- Excellent base, plus commission; benefits; PTO!
Must Have:
- Life & Health License
- Solid background with understanding and/or hands on experience in technology or project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel (at company expense)
- A willingness to learn, be trained and understand a new industry/product
