Ag 1 Source is looking for a Agronomy Manager to manage a multi-location agronomy department in Colorado. This is a great opportunity for someone to be in a management role with a good company in the great state of Colorado. Whats in it for you:

Being part of an already successful agronomy business that sees a vision for future growth and has a great team in place to manage. What you will be doing:
Managing and directing a team of up to 18 total employees, on any given day, for all agronomy operations.
Leading and directing a team of sales, applicators and operations people on daily basis.
Logistics - dispatching of machines and trucks as it deals with the agronomy department.
Procurement and pricing of all fertilizer, and input products for the organization.
Management of PL and budgets for the department. A successful candidate for this Agronomy Manager will possess the following:
Excellent communication and written skills.
Understanding of procuring product as well as pricing according to the market.
Ability to relate to all levels of management, including a board of directors, operational people and a sales team.
They need someone that has a vision for future growth and has a passion for agronomy as well as agriculture in general.
Strong agronomy skill set in a variety of crops.
Compensation: The salary range for a qualified candidate should range from $90K-110K depending on the skills set you bring with you.
