Help manage operations, dispatch, and operations staff.
Work into handling input procurement and pricing.
Help manage the sales team and work with key grower accounts. A successful candidate for this Assistant Agronomy Manager will possess the following:
Experience and passion running a retail business and serving growers.
Be a leader that can positively influence and direct an agronomy team.
Have some operations management experience including scheduling and directing custom application personnel.
Compensation: Compensation for this role will be in the $80-$100K range.
