Be responsible for the profitability of the region.
Review and optimize how products and services are being provided to customers.
Build the business through excellent employee and customer relations. A successful candidate for this Regional Operations Manager will possess the following:
Demonstrated real leadership skills.
Clear understanding of retail grain and agronomy operations.
Ability to inspire employees and work well with customers.
Compensation: Compensation will be in the $120,000 to $140,000 range.
