• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
• Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
• Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
• Inform customer of deals and promotions
Job Qualifications:
• Active Mainland US and PH license
• With 2-3 years solid post education clinical experience
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Willing to work in Quezon City
