Job Description:
• This position is responsible for handling inbound calls, e-mails and/or chat with the goal of ensuring resolution of customer issues. The candidate is expected to be an effective communicator in both Japanese and English.

Job Requirements:
• Open to NATIVE SPEAKERS ONLY
• Finished at least high school level
• Can converse using basic English language
• Must be proficient with both Japanese and KEIGO
• Must know how to read and write Japanese characters
• Must have basic web navigation skills
• Must be willing to start immediately
