Need to be mechanically inclined. Need to be versatile, willing to help where and when needed in all areas of the operation: farming, maintenance, welding, and trucking. Will help with maintenance and upkeep of the farm: equipment, facilities, fencing, etc. Might help with Spraying. Need to be a hard worker, easy going, able to get along well with others, have a good attitude and personality are a big plus. Seeking a self-starter who takes pride in their work, and keeps the shop and vehicles clean. Work with both flood irrigation as well as pivot irrigation.
