• Manage daily ticketing queues
• Respond to and resolve cases raised by Collections and Sales Team
• Timely management of cases
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services offered
• Provides excellent customer service satisfaction and attention to detail
• Communicate with the team in resolving invoice disputes
Job Qualifications:
• Must be a college graduate
• Must be fluent with both English and Mandarin
• Willing to work in BGC
• Willing to work on Shifting Schedules
