Job Descriptions:
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
• Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
• Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
• Inform customer of deals and promotions

Job Qualifications:
• Must be a college graduate
• Good in verbal and written for both English and Mandarin communication skills
• Amenable to work in QC
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
