Job Descriptions:
• Interacts with customer and ensures adherence to quality and customer service policies and procedures
• Technical hardware/software support including router, mobile/tablet, app etc.
• Provides constructive feedback to customers and panelists
• Maintains a repository of best practices and customer preferences to drive a positive customer experience
• Ensures absolute consistency of measurement across the business and strive for objectivity and efficiency
• Updated with the latest technology
• Ability to troubleshoot with non-technical users
Job Qualifications:
• Must be a college graduate
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish Language
• Open to Native and Non-native Speaker
• Willing to start immediately
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
